Product Description

This machine is suitable for efficient cleaning and grading of all crops such as Cereal Seeds, Vegetable Seeds, Oil Seeds, Pulses, and Forestry Seeds like Wheat, Paddy, Maize, Bajra, Peas, Urd, Moong, Gram, Soyabean, Sunflower, Mustard, Jawar, Barley and Coffee Seeds, etc. It is also suitable for cleaning and grading spices like Cardamom, Cumin, and pepper.

Features:

Robust machines of all steel construction.
The feeding hopper is at a low level with the feed control gate.
Sieves/Screen cleaning through rubber balls.
All sieves are in GI Steel material.
Fully enclosed: Easily Changeable Sieves.

Working:

Material is fed into a feed hopper where they are evenly distributed by a feed roller and dropped through a controlled gate on the top sieve. Before falling on the top screen, grains are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff, straw, dust, etc. Material is then passed through the screen for separation according to width and thickness. The final product and impurities are collected separately through discharge chutes.
